A medical emergency card can help paramedics and health care providers by providing them with important information about your health and letting them know who to contact on your behalf.

This medical emergency card states on the front, "I have the medical condition Obstructive Sleep Apnea. While asleep or unconscious, it is required that I use a CPAP/BIPAP/APAP Machine to keep my airway passage open." Printed on the bottom is the number and website of Monitor Medical. The back of the card has room for personal information.
